Comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe in the room. Friendly staff always on hand. Particularly good and excellent location in a lovely quiet area, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Sorrento centre.

The location was magnificent and stunning, very close to the railway station. We went out for dinner, found Ristorante Donna Sofia, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, stayed here for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The personnel were helpful. The location was peaceful and comfortable, in a calm area with easy access to a local supermarket and local supermarkets. Also, Piazza Tasso was 1 mile away from the venue. No complaints, the venue met standard...

I chose B&B Mario Relais solely because of its convenient location near Piazza Tasso, a place I had been longing to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the added conveniences provided by the hotel, such as the safe and coffee/tea makers in the room. The ability to securely store my valuables and enjoy a warm beverage whenever I desired enhanced my overall experience. Furthermore, the 24-hour front desk and front-desk safe added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind.

A very minor thing, but a map/sketch of the hotel location would have been handy as the location is not immediately obvious.

The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife options near the hotel. It would have been great to have some fun, party-going places within walking distance.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The hotel is modern, bright, and spotless. It is located in a calm area that is close to transportation, making it easy to get around. The staff, especially the owner, were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff made sure to tailor it to my liking.

Our weekend was amazing! the rooms were clean, well-equipped and pleasantly modern. the breakfast was the best! It had everything from fresh fruit to pastries, and all were delicious! the location was perfect for us, close enough to the city center for us to enjoy the local attractions, and near some great restaurants. the B&B's ambiance was very homey and relaxing, good for some family bonding.

The directions to the B&B could be clearer. It took us a little while to locate the place, but once we found it, we were excited to get settled in, so it wasn't a big deal.
